When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any deliberate provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination with forfeiture of all balances.
Prior to processing withdrawals above the applicable threshold, or at any time at Pusat4D's discretion for compliance purposes, you will be required to complete full KYC verification by submitting the following:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents in acceptable quality. You will be notified by email or in-platform notification upon completion. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Pusat4D will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless a specific promotion specifies an alternative minimum qualifying amount.
Deposits made via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
Cryptocurrency deposits will be credited after the required number of network confirmations. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit is the equivalent of MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
All deposit sources must belong to you personally. Pusat4D strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for standard verified accounts using supported instant payment methods (DuitNow, e-wallets). Processing times for bank transfers and first-time withdrawals may be longer.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your own name. Pusat4D will reject any withdrawal request to a third-party account.
Pusat4D reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld during such investigations.
Bonus credit is not withdrawable. Only real-money Balance that has satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, lottery products, and all other wagering products available on the Platform:

Zero Tolerance: Pusat4D maintains a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Confirmed violations will result in permanent Account closure with full forfeiture of all funds held within the Account, and referral to the relevant authorities where required by law.
All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the Pusat4D Platform are the exclusive property of Pusat4D or its respective licensors and content providers. All rights are reserved.
No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means — electronic, mechanical, or otherwise — without the prior written consent of Pusat4D. Unauthorised use of any Platform content constitutes an infringement of Pusat4D's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense or transfer access to third parties.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Pusat4D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting or excluding Pusat4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pusat4D does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We recommend maintaining up-to-date antivirus software on your device at all times.

Non-material changes — such as formatting corrections, clarifications, or minor procedural adjustments — may be made without advance notice.
The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any revision. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pusat4D holds its operating licence, without reference to conflict of laws principles that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply.
In the event of any dispute between you and Pusat4D, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through Pusat4D's Customer Support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
